Located two kilometres past Estepona this natural course was the brainchild of ex-publisher David Leader and was designed by José Luis López who adapted it to the undulating terrain. It is a welcome change with the perfect opportunity to enjoy the countryside, fresh air and abundant wildlife with minimal interference from building development and "traffic jams". Although quite short the course is up and down. Those leaving their hiking legs behind may require a buggy. The long 3rd, the "Ski Run" swoops downhill in a swathe of green forming several tiers and the unsighted drive should bear left slightly leaving a chance to reach the green with the second shot. At the 10th there are four lakes and three bunkers guarding the green to negociate. Reasonable rates, open competitions and barbacues make the club especially attractive for visitors.
